You know how you see some parents get really antsy because their kids aren’t buckled safely in the back. Take a look at this guy and his baby. I guess Asian people are bad parents. Some of us turn out fine though.

If this happened in the USA then I’d think bad parent but since it’s obviously not, then no I don’t think bad parent. When I was growing up there weren’t any seat belts in car backseats but it doesn’t mean I had a bad mom, she just didn’t know any better.
