This is how Chinese parents keep their children safe and make sure nobody abduct them.

The reason the dad chained the boy up because his sister had be kidnapped, he didn’t want to lose another kid.He lived in extreme poverty, and had to go to work to support the family and unable to keep an eye on the boy. This is very sad and serious story. Please don’t make it sound like all Chinese parents do this to their kids, the dad did it because it was the last resort
