Only in Ancient China did the emperor has this big of a family. Welcome to a modern emperor and his family. As emperor, Ziona Chan has 39 wives, 94 children, and 33 grandchildren. Altogether there are 181 members of this family. The family lives in a four story, 100-room house that is located in the hills of the Baktwang village where Chan’s wives sleep in large communal dormitories.

Feet binding was a custom practiced on young girls and women for approximately one thousand years in China, beginning in the 10th century and ending in the first half of 20th century.
